Palamatic’s series of H-Style Gantry Cranes are perfect for covering large working areas and can be supported via either floor-mounted support pillars or existing structural steel work. Typically constructed using mild heavy-duty steel, our H-Style Gantry Crane Systems are suitable for light to heavy lifting operations due to their durability and minimal maintenance requirements. With excellent reach span, load capacities ranging from 50 to 350kg (110 to 772lbs), and configuration options available for multiple lifters, our H-Style Gantry Crane Systems are a tried and tested health and safety solution.
Offering 270° coverage and up to 350kg (772lb) working load, Palamatic’s Swing Jib Gantry Systems are ideal for close proximity lifting, palletising, de-palletising and machine loading in areas where only one process is taking place. Though our Swing Jib Cranes are most commonly supported from a centre post support pillar, they can also be configured to be hung from existing steelwork, wall mounted, ceiling mounted or as a mobile base option. With mild steel, stainless steel, and carbon fibre configurations available, Palamatic swing jibs are the ideal solution to our vacuum lifting system.
Capable of lifting loads around corners and columns, our Articulated Jib Crane Systems are perfect for working environments where headroom is limited. Although they are typically suspended from vertical steel columns or from existing stanchions, Palamatic’s Articulated Jib Crane Systems can also be fitted to a building wall or even as a mobile version. With ATEX options available, achievable safe working loads of up to 250kg (551lbs), and a reach of up to 4m, our Articulated Jib Cranes are suited to even the most stringent of controlled areas.
