Palamatic offer a range of services which will help you to maintain your investment in our products. We have a dedicated department to provide our customers with after sales service and support. Site Service Visits
All handling systems benefit from regular service. It keeps the equipment running efficiently, giving improved payback by extending product usage. Place your call with our help desk (giving the systems reference number whenever possible) and a service engineer will be allocated to the job. We always aim to respond at the earliest available opportunity. For peace of mind, why not consider one of our Service Contract programmes below. Spare Parts
All stock components are despatched within 3 - 5 days of placing the order. We do aim, however, to despatch orders for stocked parts placed before 2pm, on the same day with no handling surcharge.
Some bespoke parts may be subject to availability. These items will be pointed out during the original project and we would recommend long-lead spares are ordered with the system itself.
System Upgrades/Modifications and System Relocation
As equipment manufacturers, we offer a full engineering design service. Site surveys, layout drawings and written quotations can be offered to meet your requirements.

Installation, Operator Training and Commissioning
- System installations are undertaken with minimum interruption to your facility
- Flexibility for shift schedules, weekend or evening work
- Method statements and risk assessments carried out
- Special training programmes undertaken
- Training certificates available
To get the best out of your system, it's important that key staff are familiar with the operation and general functionality. We can offer a written proposal based on the number of operators to be trained (we will accommodate your personal shift change times) and the level of training required i.e. equipment operating training or basic maintenance training.
Note: Personalised Training Certificates are issued on completion of training.
A tailored commissioning visit proposal can be produced (if not part of the original contract) based on a set of specific terms and conditions. Contact the Customer Services office stating the serial number of the equipment. In most cases seven days notice is needed to arrange a commissioning visit.
Even if the system was not installed by Palamatic engineers, we will be happy to quote for a commissioning visit.
Technical Advice
If you are experiencing any problems at all with the equipment*, then please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team at the main Palamatic number.
Details of the problem will be logged at the help desk. And, if not dealt with immediately, we will get an expert in the specific product to call you back to go through the problem in more detail.
