Printing/Packaging Handling
Many printing applications require both lifting and rotation of the load. Awkward applications such as the handling of paper reels or signature bundles and print logs can present a risk to the operator's health and/or cause damage to the product when done incorrectly. Loads often require some form of rotation and even simple stacking processes need careful consideration. Palamatic offer vacuum lifting, manipulators and hoists and balancer systems to assist with these processes including; suction feet designed to prevent 'spiralling' of reels; to lift on print bundle end boards; pneumatic grippers and also core gripping assemblies where gripping externally is not practical.
