We will respond to your enquiry within 3 hours.
If we cannot assist you over the phone or email, we will book a Service Engineer to come to site. This is a chargeable service unless this is covered undered your warranty agreement.
Please have your serial machine reference available where possible which is located within the CE label positioned within the vicinity of your swing jib, or on the main body of your system. If you are sending us your problem via email, please attach photos showing the problem area or item that is malfunctioning.
